At Tiny’s Village, we believe it takes a community to uplift and empower youth—especially those navigating housing instability, trauma, and systems that often fail them. Volunteers play a vital role in helping us expand our reach, deepen our services, and show up consistently for the young people we serve.

Current Volunteer Opportunities
We are actively recruiting! All roles are part-time, flexible, and supported by Tiny’s Village staff. Training is provided.
Grant Writer
Help us secure funding by writing and submitting compelling grant proposals. Ideal for someone with nonprofit writing experience or interest in fundraising strategy.
Housing Navigator
Assist youth ages 16–24 with housing applications, document gathering, and referrals. Great for those who are organized, patient, and passionate about advocacy.
Fundraising Volunteer
Support the planning and execution of events, donor campaigns, and social media outreach to raise funds and awareness.
Street Outreach Support
Accompany staff to engage with youth in the community, distribute resources, and build trust. Training on trauma-informed and harm reduction practices provided.
Youth Mentor
Provide positive support, life skills guidance, or career coaching to a young person transitioning to independence. Welcome to live experience.
